I am designing a circuit which consists of 13 same chip. But I do not want to draw same part agai again. I have already completed one part.Therefore if it is possible , I have to do copy-paste that part.

 

Create a new schematic library and PCB library and make that a component in the library. Then place it into your main project as a part from the library.

You can also copy/paste, but then if you edit one you will need to edit all of them. With a library part you can edit the library then just reload.

 

Here is a good place to start, also there are lots of good videos on YouTube, just make sure the version you're using matches the version in the video or it can get confusing:
