Altium Designer: Component Clearance Constraint between Component on Top layer and Component on Bottom Layer

Hi Everyone!

I am struggling with this weird constraint between component on Top And Component on Bottom. MOSFET 10 is on the bottom side and R26 Resistor is on the top side. Why is there a collision? I don't understand. Did anyone face the similar issue before? Please help!!
