Altera Quartus II 13.1 - Cyclone III Simulator

Until this quarantine happened we used to work with Altera Quartus II 13.1 software and with Cyclone III chip. We would get homework which we had to do and after that we would go into the lab and test if our solution is right on Cyclone III chip before handing in assignment. Now since quarantine we are not allowed to use labs and we don't have any way to test our homework unless we have Cyclone III chip at home (which obviously I don't have). Is there any simulator for Cyclone III chip, something like virtual machine(idk) where I can test my solution done in Altera Quartus II 13.1. If not, is there any other alternative way to test it?

P.S. I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this kind of question. If not, please point me out where I can seek for help.
