I'm learning PCB Editor Lite and it would be very helpful if I could print 1:1 copies of footprints I'm making. Can someone help me out with this? The only way I've seen so far is just to screenshot and print but I can't be sure everything is 1:1 this way.

Is your copy a free one?

Many free pieces of software, oriented to graphic tasks used to have the print option disabled. Maybe yours...?

Mine is, but the print option isn't disabled. I just can't figure out how to guarantee that the print one is 1:1. It's helpful for checking footprints.

Make a print with like a DIP8 or DIP16, place that component on your printout see if it fits

I was going to install the program to see if I could address the problem you're seeing, but its a 2.3GB download and I have slow DSL...
