So I have a signal of 0V to 4.5V from a sensor and need to use LTC1992 to go from single ended to differential and input to ADS1278 ADC. I always have gone single ended to single ended. Can you please help me. I am not sure how to configure opamp to get ADC input I need. I would like 0-2.5V as my reference is 2.5V. I dont have a negative supply available. Am powering ADC 5V, 3.3V, and 1.8V as recommended. Opamp supply is +5V. Please help. I dont know how to use Vocm on ADC to opamp, or vmid either. Thank you guys

The LTC1992 data sheet gives plenty of information; read the Applications Information section beginning on page 25. It discusses single-ended to differential conversion starting on page 28, with plenty of examples and formulas.
