In my application I need to use AD630AR at +/-12V. But in the datasheet, mentioned that it will run at +/-15V. Therefore my question is can I use AD630AR at +/-12V or not?. Any help on this would be appreciated.. thank you...

The graph shows that the peak output voltage is about 2V below the supply voltages.
Some of the accuracy specs may change with the supply voltages but it is not likely to affect its use except in critical applications.
