Accidentally ran mill DRO on 50Hz power, what do I need to replace?

I am surprised you fared as well as you did. The power supply for the digital read out looks to be simple, inexpensive fix unless the DRO suffered internal component losses. If it is just a simpe 120 VAC to 7.5 VAC iron core transformer the output of 7.5 VAC was likely about twice that for a short period of time until ... Anyway I would just find another wall wort like what you have with a 7.5 VAC 1,000 mA output. It's a cheap start to see if it fixes things.

Apologies about the late reply, I'm having a busy week that has kept me from this. I did find some time today while in the shop to get my multimeter out and test the AC/AC adapter. Turns out, yep it is completely done and not putting out any voltage. I ordered a new one and will see if that fixes it.

Thanks for all the help guys!
