I have recently bought a pi zero and mpu6050 and want to know that will the sesnor work the same as it worked with arduino uno because arduino works at 5V logic level and pi at 3.3V??

There are numerous mpu6050 breakout boards.. Some may be used with 3.3V some cannot.. Depends on if it has the voltage regulator/level shifter on it.. If not you will need to implement on with hardware or similar
