Does anyone know of a good accelerometer for a direct interface to a DSO. I would prefer a tri-axis sensor and high sensitivity. I am trying to isolate vibration on a small centrifuge. I have a DSO with high bandwidth and deep memory so I'm only looking for the sensor (or interface if needed).

I always used Endevco for shock and vibration. I would give them a call and talk to one of their applications engineers.
