Hi Guys ,
I'm new to High power 3 phase circuits.
I need to Indicate AC Health status all 3 phases with neural using neon lamps ,
When all connections connect in proper manner all Lamps are glowing .
We are tried with random test link reversing R-phase and the neutral at the time MCB tripping and diode D1 is also getting burnt.

Please suggest me a good AC health monitoring circuit.

This circuit is used to indicate availability of 3phase and also neutral
