which course in Electrical Engineering that explain these two concepts of DC and AC voltages and current?
Gee, you got me.
I think I learned this in grade school at about the age of 12 or the first time you learned that you couldn't power your pocket radio off the wall outlet.

Hello,

Did you see the textbooks on this site?

Hi Dick, so many members, especially new ones, seem to be un-aware of the excellent tutorials on this forum. Maybe there could be a way of promoting them during the sign up with regular direction to them when questions are posted. I teach at a local club and use them for reference. Not long ago, one of our younger club members kept asking about A.C theory, I directed him to the forum tutorial, (he is a member) He downloaded it and studied. Now he actually helps other members with their questions on the subject when I or another instructor are not available.

The colleges teach them in the earliest electronic courses. This will be the electronics course that do not have any electronics or electricity class as a prerequisite.
