Apologies for the quality of the attachment, but can anyone provide assistance in how to go by calculating the circuit impedance across terminals AB using star - delta transformation, the "J" refers to complex number i.e. J=square root of minus 1

Convert the delta arranged impedances into star form to get only series and parallel combinations. Look here for the formulas:

Use impedances instead of resistances.

You can either transform the 3 inductors or the capacitor, resistor, and J10 inductor.
