dont angry me, please. No source at internet about this task or i could'nt find it.
Use what you have learned thus far and make an attempt.

It appears you are just searching the internet for complete solutions to your exact problem and, when you can't find one, are coming here and asking for someone to just give you a solution to your exact problem. You will not learn anything using that approach. YOU have to put for the effort to attempt to work YOUR homework problems as best you can. That gives US some place to start in trying to see where you are going right and where you are going wrong.

If you understand how D flip-flops work and what a shift-register does, then you should be able to make an attempt at a design, i.e. connecting the flip-flop inputs and outputs from one to the next to get the shift-register action.
If you don't understand flip-flops and shift-registers, then you need to study those first.

If we do the design for you, then you will learn very little (other than how to get someone else to do your work).

Nobody is angry at you. We get this kind of request all the time and we always respond in a consistent fashion. In order to get our help you need to make some effort. It does not have to be correct and it does not have to be polished, but it does have to be honest. In engineering we need to be able to trust our colleagues. When they proffer someting we need to trust that it is a product of their work and not somebody else's.

If you want homework done for you, then you can try other sites until you find what you want. Feel free to come back if you decide that our approach has some value. If you don't then have a fine life.

Must be old age or misspent youth and too many knocks on the...that thing where thinking thing is
It wasn't that long ago that I was thinking the same thing and the obvious was pointed out to me by a Moderator.

When I was in school, the internet hadn't been invented yet... But, I never needed help with my homework.

To be fair, English is not their native language. So they are being taught engineering material in English and that is the only time they use English in their daily life. In this situation, they spend a couple of hours listening to instructor and then spend next 6 or 8 hours translating all the material. Not much time left for homework at all.

I am not going to participate in this thread. Simply because I think the OP will not understand most of what I will try to tell them. It is terrible situation.

That's all well and good but that's not helping solve your problem.
Do you understand how a D flip-flop works?
Do you know what a shift-register is supposed to do?
