i.e why voltage is regulated by reactive power ?

Do you know the basics such as, what is power, reactance, resistance, voltage, current? If not, you need to study some more on your own. We can give you answers to specific well defined questions, but none of us has the time to teach a comprehensive electronics course. There is plenty of material in textbooks and on the web to educate you, and answer a lot of your basic questions.
