about OPA2674id power line communication issue

Hi !!
I am using opa2674id texas instrument IC for power line communication.
i have design the circuit as per given datasheet by TI.
Circuit is working fine, but after some time gain of output slowly decreases over the period of time.
I have tried 2 3 IC's but getting same result.
I am using IC for DC power line and IC is used to transmit signal on power line.
