and was planned to do some thing like watch, wandering anyone done that and any help please?
such like pinout, connector used etc.

Perhaps your best bet is the LILYGO TTGO T-Watch. It’s a fully integrated ESP32-based watch platform with a microphone, touch screen, display, WiFi, BT, speaker and a vibration annunciator. It’s less then $40 and the ESP32 has a lot of platform support.
