I just want to know if how can I delete the files permanently. I mean it's permanently deleted and it cannot be recovered anymore. I know the basic was delete it and delete it again from Recycle Bin. But I want to remove it securely. Do you know any programs which will do this?

Also, there are some people saying that if you even deleted it securely, it can be recovered by some software.

So guys, they suggest me to buy a new hardware. Is it true, if I will buy a new hardware, is it possible that my old files will not be seen by anyone else anymore?

So guys, please tell me more about file history and tell me the cheaper way to delete or remove my files PERMANENTLY SECURELY or whatsoever...

you can use secure delete by using Ccleaner ( see google for this)
