Thank you very much for your support. I tried to draw the schematic and timing diagram on paper and then use the Eagle program to implement the circuit. My question is whether this is OK or whether there is room for improvement?

thank you... I have improved my circuit a bit and wanted to integrate into LTSpice to simulate but somehow it seems it is not possible to integrate LTSpice into EAGLE or Fusion 360 Electronics. No ULP or the associated symbol is displayed.
The integration of EAGLE with LTSpice has been discontinued since the introduction of the EAGLE Spice Simulator.

Where can I download LTSpice library. I tried to open your simulation circuit and the program shows me the following:

74LS85 - 4-Bit Magnitude Comparator and SN74LS175N Quadruple D-Type Flip-Flop.

 

I don't know if you have to draw the complete circuit including the relays for the simulation. If so, then I also need to find these relays HF356.

I cannot find a LS85, but there is an HCT85.
No LS175 quad, but you could use two dual F/F.

Unzip this zip.
Place the 74HCT85.asc and the 74HCT85_Test2.asc in the same folder as your circuit project file and the 74HCT85.asy in the HCTlogic folder.

The Test2 file is just for you to test the transfer
