You need to get the data sheet for that EEPROM - and do your own work. We can help with specific problems, but you are asking for someone to do all your work for you. We don't get the credit, so we don't do the work.

Connection is very simple: just connect two wires (SDA and SCL) between 89C51 and EEPROM. For code examples ask Google.
