Hi,
Apologies for the slightly dumb question, or posting in the wrong place if this is more appropriate to the sensors forum, but…
I’m working on a simple project that will use both a Hall sensor and an optical sensor – probably these specific bits, https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/111961114452 and https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/282992625948
My question is: can I safely drive either or both of these with the +7.4V that a LiPo battery pack will supply rather than the +5V that is specified (or more likely, the +3.3V that will be powering an Arduino-ish board)?
