555 timer pin 4 reset not working ?

You could put the pushbutton across the capacitor to discharge it, which resets the delay. Maybe include a small resistor in series to avoid arcing.

Ok this seem to be working in the simulation! Will try it tomo on the breadboard. Makes sense as the discharge pin is not connected to anything right?
