555 Astable help Please

When I say "feed" the voltage supply feed as in your diagram.
Can I put a dual colour led in the circuit, I have a dual red\green here, what I would like is green when power is applied to circuit and then it changing to red when pin 8 of the MC14541 is on its timed output
