Please suggest me a sensor which covers 50 meter range using laser/ultrasonic solution.
And also suggest me circuit design.

You may want to try a simple Google of Range Finder. Then depending on what it is you want to do try Range Finder With Analog Output. There are dozens of solutions depending on exactly what you are trying to accomplish. Anyway, start with range finder.
