| Hello everyone, I'm building a 5.8GHz FPV video repeater and I'm encountering a problem I can't seem to solve. My setup: - Drone transmits at 5705 MHz - RX5808 receives the drone's signal - Video output from the RX5808 to the video input of the TS5823 - TS5823 retransmits at 5865 MHz to my monitor - 75Ω termination resistor between Video OUT and GND The problem: When I receive the drone's signal directly on my monitor at 5705 MHz, I get a perfect image. But when I pass the signal through the repeater, I get organized noise at the RX5808 output (structured lines, different from the random noise of unused channels). What I've already tried: - Replacing the RX5808 with a new one, same result - Adding a 75Ω resistor between Video OUT and GND - Checking the power supply, it's stable - The RX5808 is configured to 5705 MHz (all channels at 0 = 5705 MHz) The radio signal is received correctly by the RX5808 (organized, not random, noise), but the video output is unusable. lipo 8v 2s -> diode schottky sr3010 -> fuse 3A -> ts5823 (5865mhz) -> star ground -> BEC 5V -> RX5808 (5705mhz) -> star ground -> Video rx5808 -> TS5823 with 75 ohm impedance every thing that need 100nf, 10uf filter have one Please help me find the origin to the problem | |
