I want to lock 10kHz VCO output with 50Hz sine wave by using CD4046b with 74LS390 (divider). what are the values of vco components and filter components with 12v Vdd supply to 4046IC

Sir actually I have used this formula but it didn't work
really want the values of components
Not designing synchronized pulses for inverter

The N in your circuit should be 10.000 / 50 = 200.
This can not be managed with a single 390 chip.
