Hi all, I am looking for a replacement diode. The only information that's printed on the side of the diode is 25G100, I have found a data sheet for this diode but I am still unable to find a replacement. i have had a look on the internet but can't find anything.

Please find attached photo with the diode and information.

Any help would be much appreciated. This is new to me and never deal with diodes so if some can post a link for a replacement then this would be very helpful for me.

It's a military grade spec ,60A @ 850V,

Look at these from Vishay, like the VS70/80 hr.

The only thing else is the polarity of the stud, is it Anode or Cathode.

 

Hi dodgydave, thanks for the information, I haven't got back to you sooner as I've been off on hols. The stud is cathode. Which one of these would I need, VS-70HF(R) Series, VS-80PF(R)...(W) High Voltage Series, VS-80PF(R)...(W) Series or anyone of those. Thank you
