Yes

 

The servo needs 50Hz, but will need very low current on the control input so a simple resistive potential divider would do the job. I have not been able to find a number for the input current though. I would think that a 3.9k into 1k would do nicely.

If your PWM is signalling to the servo as opposed to powering it - I'd just use a 5.1V zener clamp and a dropper resistor.
