Hey all

I am looking for a circuit to a 24V PWM motorcontroller that can handle about 50A and about 10-20kHz.

If some one has a link to a good and simple circuit, I'll be happy to hear from anyone who knows where i can find it.

There are a few out there, if using something like this

You can up the size of the switching device to a suitable IGBT or Mosfet for example.
Also use large Heatsink.

I do not think this circuit can handle 50A !! it´s design for 5-7A

That is why I suggested beefing up the power device, Mosfet in this case, they are often paralleled in this application in place of a single device.
That is the only device required to carry the current.

I'm sorry I did not understand what you meant .... yes of course I can add more mosfet

What is "IGBT"?

I have read a lot about Mosfet but I have not figured out what is meant by a mosfet is "linear" or "saturated". Is it a relationship between V-gate and current drain / source? Can you explain this to me?
