I need to convert 24V DC to 24V AC low amperage

I have a Nutone system that generates 24V DC to the front gate bell and speaker over a 4 wire lead. The house has six remote speakers in the different rooms and they work to hear the door bell then to speak to the front gate.
Want to wire a Ring 24V AC doorbell into the Nutone 24V DC for a trickle charge inside the front gate speaker box. I want so if we away from our phones and some one pushes the ring door bell it will trip the door bell in the Nutone system and ring in all the rooms where we then can talk to the front door not having to use our phones.
In other words;

From Nutone control unit 24V DC on two of the 4wiresto outside speaker box. In the speaker box, inverter 24V DC to 24V AC to Ring door. Relay back to Nutone door bell. I have the relay
So,
Store bought small inverter or schematics.

 

Are you sure the NuTone is DC? Most bell systems work on low voltage AC due to the distance/voltage loss of DC wiring.

Everything I wrote is verified facts I know what a volt meter is and how to read one. Do you have a schematic or not?

Don't have any specifics on your 24VDC power source capacity but they do make inverters for that. Here is one on Amazon that is outdoor weatherproof.

I can think of no reason that DC would have a greater wire voltage loss than AC(?).

 

Working on boats for many years, the rule of thumb for 12VDC was to derate wire size every ~10' for ampacity. Not the actual loss of voltage but the current carrying capacity.

Thanks Sam. I had looked and looked and didn't find anything. I had hoped to have a schematic and build it my self. This will be a solution. Thanks Again!

With nutone the speaker and door bell wires are wrapped together. I tried to run AC to the door bell and it created interference in the speaker.

To Eliminate any confusion all facts posted in the first post are true and have been verified. Again very simply I need a schematic for 24V DC to 24V AC. To purchase one is close to $150. No chatter about line droppage or boats please.

Unfortunately, DC to AC is a lot more difficult than AC to DC.

What frequency AC do you need?
Does it need to be a sine wave or would a square wave do the job?
