There is also a screenshot of a simulation of a circuit created from the above mentioned site. The simulation is not working, there is no bias on any of the transistors. Can someone tell me what's wrong here, the simulation is a faithful copy as far as I can see?

Missing a connection between the junction between the two batteries and ground?

And R52 should go to ground like R53. Edit added : and what about Q5, I've not checked if the feedback will work when taken from Q3 collector

 

You have earthed both the 0V connection and the -10V connection.
