I'm not sure this will satisfy the requirements of the light being on from sw1 being closed for 9 seconds, followed by 5 seconds off - then the cycle repeats in perpetuity until sw1 opens.

The contacts for the light should be pins 1 and 3 from Timer1. You show pins 1 and 4.

In order for that to happen reconfigure having 1TDR and 2TDR share the same 2TDR contact? And 1TDR contact in series with light. I think.

After looking into the operation of the HC3R the control pin6 on both units can be connected together.
