i want to drive laser with square wave with function generator so i need driver circuite.

 

You can use a power amplifier like a transistor or op amp buffers like Tda2030 , what oscillator are you using a 555 timer, what frequency?

 

What kind of laser is it that operate at milli amp hours?

Can I use it to back illuminate my crystal fish tank that holds 20 Gallons Per Minute?

Use a P-channel mosfet of the logic level type.

The purpose of those transistors is only to drive the p-fet's gate, so I'm guessing that ordinary NPN transistors should do the trick. Such as a 2N2222 or a 2N3904
