Your HV supply is now virtually shorted by R19 (0.1 Ohms). Why is R19 there? It also shunts R7.
R7 value is shown as "10M". In an LTspice simulation that means 10 milliohm, not 10 Megohm. Which value do you intend?
Thanks, but I don't think I have an idea on how to solve this. Here is my attempt:Hello,
I see several mistakes at the connection points in the schematic.
I used some in and out tags to show you where you made the mistakes:

The image may look a bit strange, but I made the changes in KolourPaint.

it means milli in Pspice, you were right, but it somehow still does not make a differenceDoes '10M' mean 10 Megohms or 10 milliohms to Pspice?
I tried changing the voltage like you said, but I seem to be getting the same results with the current on that diode being in the fA range. I also tried running the test to 1000ms and it did make the magnitude a little larger. in the uV but not in the 100V range. the new voltage that gives this higher output is 45VI think the input voltage is way too high. Do a reality check. 100V would put nearly 0.5A through the opto-diode. In the post #23 circuit shouldn't the 0-45V figure be 0-4.5V ?
Hello, sorry for the late reply. There does not seem to be much voltage in its outputI can't find any data for the EL7144 mosfet driver IC, so don't know its characteristics. Do you have Spice models for any other drivers to try?
What voltage are you seeing at the FET gate?
I like the schematic you have created and it might be useful for my project. I just don't know what I can replace LM5114A with in PspiceHere's my LTspice sim of the circuit. Note that the input to the opto has a ground reference. Perhaps Pspice needs one too?
Note also the input pulse amplitude is only 5V and the frequency is 100 times lower than in your sim, to give the cap (C1) time to charge fully.

Try any FET-driver model available in Pspice.I just don't know what I can replace LM5114A with in Pspice
Try any FET-driver model available in Pspice.

thanks but I think that the error has to do with MAX626 and the V1 voltage source aka ' 12dc', also my Pspice doesn't seem to recognize 6N135Hello,
You can not connect the base pin of the opto to the powersupply.
The 6N135 has other connections and has a diode in the base of the transistor.
