Firstly let me apologise for a possibly silly question. I have little experience of electrical matter but am embarking on a project and looking for some help.
I am looking to make a retro gaming box using an old laptop screen and a raspberry pi. I have purchased a control board for the screen but would like to run the box using the 18650 cells from the laptop battery. I have been trying to read up and think if I use 4s2p cell configuration this will give enough voltage but the screen needs regulated 12v 3amp supply. The raspberry pi is i believe a 5v supply at 1 amp. Is this possible? and if so can anyone give me some advise on how to best go about this? Thanks in advance
