If you decrease the amplification then the output will not be heard because 18 ohms is a dead short compared to the load of 10 thousand ohms.
The EQ circuit is designed to drive an amplifier's input of 10 thousand ohms. A power amplifier can drive 18 ohms.

I think this is great for what I need, it's kinda cheap, I think I will buy the parts separately. So this amp I just should hook up at the end of my La3600's and I am got to go for what I want?

Yes, the Cmoy headphones amp connects to the outputs of the EQ circuits. The signal source must have adjustable level controls then the controls on the inputs of the Cmoy amp are the volume controls.

So this amp whould reduce the voltage to a "headphone friendly" voltage? So if am under stand correctly the output from the LA3600 is too powerful for my purpose and that's why I put it afterwards.

So I looked in the schematic and the partslist of the cmoy Amp, why shouldn't I use the parts listed and use the opamps on the La3600 whouldn't it make any diffrence or is it important to have a certain opamp like the OPA2132PA

Your headphones do not need the massive output power and expense of the P113 project, instead the Cmoy headphones amplifier will be fine to drive your low impedance headphones.
The Sanyo LA3600 EQ IC is shown to drive 10 thousand ohms with a current that is MUCH less than into a low impedance. Try it driving your low impedance headphones if you want.

The opamp article says the OPA2132 or OPA2134 opamps drive his low impedance Grado headphones louder than "loud enough". It says a beginner should use OPA2134 opamps. Only the expensive "A" versions are available in DIP packages anymore.

Ok so I think I will just do what you recommend me, the the OPA2134 and start ordering the parts.
Thank for your advice and quick answers. Thank you everyone!

Will post a finised project if I did it, now I will have to wait for the parts to arrive.
