Hello fellow AAC people.

I need some signal cable with very similar spec to that of Cat5e network cable but it must be 5 pair (10 way) not 8. It can be multi-stranded with each of the 5 strands measuring 0.18mm thus yielding a jacket size of around 0.91mm.

The individual jacket size is very important here as the connector that it needs to go into is a modular type telephone plug MTPR-1010-U. See attached spec sheet.

Has anyone out there in AAC land have knowledge of whether such cable exists or if they have used such connectors before and if so, what cable did you use, brand and part number would be very helpful.

Are you sure that your dimensions are mm, not cm? 0.91mm is less than 1/32".

Ah. A matter of semantics. I understand a cable jacket to be the outer tube that contains multiple insulated wires, not the insulation around each individual wire. Thanks for the clarification.
