I succesfully recreated the schematic of SN74ALS165 in Mulisim. It is working now. I added two more flip flops too.

"Do you understand how the 74ALS165 logic works to allow parallel loading, shifting, and holding the present state?
You just said: "It doesn't work -- help me"
Then you said: "OK it's working now", without so much as a word of explanation.
What are we to make of this lack of information coming from you? I don't know what to believe or how to interpret your actions.
