So been given a task to make a control board to turn on/off water pump and heat exchanger with one switch.
Could anyone give me a light on this?
Switch picture below and info https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/piezo-switches/6919575/
what parts will i need?
mcb`s, relays, contactors timers etc? must be din mountable.
And would be nice if someone made a little drawing aswell.
motor is 10A
heater is 40A

Is this for a business, school homework or personal ?
It is a SPST Momentary Switch - with three color LEDS.
Can you draw a simple schematic?

We are running electrical firm, and one customer gave us this momentary pulse switch and said i want to turn on/off jakuzzi water pump and heater with it...

switch is : NO prolongated pulse (ground connector compulsory)

That switch is only rated for 24v.
If you want to make a custom one DIN mountable then Weidmuller have blank circuit boards to populate with the DIN mount frame.
What is the object of requiring only one switch?
I have a monostable relay circuit for one PB. you would need a 24vdc supply and suitable contactors for pump and heater.

What I thought just like below:
1. A small ac to dc 12V Adaptor to provides the power for CD4017 and two relays.

2. A push button and a switch debounce circuit and a CD4017 to make a counter divided by 3, the control sequences like this, CD4017 0,1,2. (0 -- All Off, 1 -- Motor On, 2 -- Heater On, repeatedly)

3. 2 small signal N-MOSFET to drive two 12V relays.

4. Use two of this relays. (100A/120A High power magnetic latching relay-coil voltage DC 12V)

5. The circuit just like above number sequences of 2,3,4.

The one I have just used two relays and a couple of components.
.The basic circuit RLA would be used to pick up contactors etc, reverts to off in power down situation.
