Ok After watching that moonshiners show a bunch of time and having done Vodka already. I do have experience. Well on the show they made corn whiskey (White Lightning) because its not aged in a barrel and doesn't change color. Well they ran out of corn and suger at the end of the season and said well we can get a couple hundred pounds of fruit and make brandy and sell it for $80 a gallon. Ok heres the fun part. We've had a boomer crop of strawberries and blueberries this year to the point I can get as much as I want for free. Is making a fruit brandy the same as a normal whisky but just use fruit instead of corn and suger? Not planning on making a lot just a lil for myself.
