I have to realize the 2 bit shift register with PARALLEL/SERIAL IN and PARALLEL/SERIAL OUT, and realize it with JK cell and EPROM. I have the problem with truth table: I want to know how to get from serial in to parallel out, and from parallel in to serial out.Q(n+1) means next step..
