how to check IGBT

i have few unit fairchild IGBT 50A 600V (FMG2G50US60).
But i don't know is good or damage?
can somebody teach me. How to test or check the igbt ?

All you need is a DMM and a 9V battery. Then follow the following point-to-point tests from here.

If the device has failed in use, the probability is very high that it will be shorted, and measure very low ohms S to D, and D to S.

sorry, if i use the Digital Clamp Meter (Kyoritsu KEW SNAP 2055) i need select which function ?
Is diode or ohm?

For a basic resistance check it will be the Ohm option.
