I want to know that what is difference between Factory calibration done by Yokogawa in this case and DAKKS calibration provided by an ISO certified company.

Often suppliers of electronic measuring instruments will offer either a manufacturer’s/factory calibration, or that from some organisation such a DAkkS (German accreditation body).

The difference is that the accredited calibration will be traceable to national/international standards. If you are planning to use the instrument within an organisation working to the quality standard ISO 17025 (or similar) then the factory calibration is unlikely to meet the required level of accreditation/traceability (for measurements), unless they too conduct calibration traceable to national standards and have relevant accreditation.
