I have a question my keyboard stopped working.
when I turn it on the keyboard freezes on the logo Yamaha and it just stays like that .. when I power on the keyboard the button actually works coz I can power on the keyboard but I can’t turn it of with the power button I can just turn it on .. I opened the keyboard and on the ajack circuit board there are Two regularlators and one of them is loose and solder joints kind of broken .. could that be the problem Why my keyboard is like that ?

on the last picture, the one with the middle pin whose trace seems lifted, could be a hairline crack on the trace where the solder ends on the opposite side of the lifted portion.

on the second picture, the pin connected to the diode, looks like a defective solder connection.

either way, closely inspect those two and reflow the solder as necessary.

 

Nice pictures, but, what are the markings on the IC100 ?
If its a regulator, is its output voltage correct?
