Please could somebody help with the name of a few components?

From the service manual, the parts in question are:
230a: WF21250R
230d: WF212900

I'd like to know what the connector/wire is called on the circuit board, where the cable connects the two boards.
The connector needs replacing/re-soldering, but I'm unsure what it's called.

I have attached the a screenshot of the diagram from the document and a picture of the chipboard.

The picture of the board is 230a from the diagram.
Where it's labelled 230d, there is a 17 Pin Ribbon Cable.

By design, the connector is attached to the board, and the cable fits this connector with stripped ends.

Are you able to help with the naming of the connector and the cable?
And any links to product pages online where they could be purchased?

The cable says the following:
AWM 2651 E205056 26AWG VW-1 105C 300v LONSID-OUPU LE

The connector location on the board says:
17 CN1 1
