Yamaha Keyboard P-95 all keys not working

thank you guys for this wonderful platform!!!

my main problem is i have a yamaha p-95 piano every thing works fine DEMO, METRONOME,SWITCHES SEEM TO WORK caz you can change demo songs and it plays
my MAIN ISSUE HERE IS ALL KEYS ARE NOT WORKING!!!
I even removed the key panel and placed on Yamaha P-45 and worked

can any one help plse??
