I have some problem connecting to the wireless router, My system showing its connected, but limited connectivity. my system is DELL Inspiron 1525 with Windows vista home basic. Please help me regarding this.

 

Maybe the wireless network has an access password.

 

If you have not done so already, try removing power from the router and rebooting the computer at the same time. Pull out the plug and not just turn it off. It's simple and has cleared up problems for me before.

 

the password I know already, actually my friend have wireless router, he will switch on that device 24h. The ISP for that is Airtel. The actual problem is. I can detect the wireless connection in my system, but it shows that limited connectivity. I cant use the internet in my system. Even i tried to put ststic IP as IP address: 192.168.1.10
subnet mask:255.255.255.0
default gatway : 192.168.1.1 still the problem existed in my system.
