R!f@@ Joined Apr 2, 2009 9,918 May 30, 2010 #24 red is positive and black is negative. Remove the jumper, and do as in the pic. The battery connections are OK If this did not work. Show me the other side of the board no jumping of the regulator.....only 1 jumper
