I need a schematic. Williams Allegro Digital piano doesn’t turn on There is 12 volts at the input jack when the power switch is off but reads minimal voltage when turned on

I get minimal voltage at the zener diode and the voltage regulator. I get 12 volts at the diode In5401 when powered off and minimal voltage when power switch is turned on.
