Why HTML never has really caught on?

Not very impressive, let me tell you.
It is not meant to be super impressive. I am not a web designer. So it is not built professionally.

However I added a random banner rotator which works for FLASH and images.

I saw worse photo galleries but also I am not a professional photographer. For instance I don't use any kind of objectives, just a 14MP off-the-shelf Digicam.

Like everything else in the world we live, someone improves on the original. Without HTML, the www would not be what it is today. Visit http://www.w3schools.com/ for tutorials on HTML5, the current standard, and all the subsets that interface with it making the world wide web of today.

The death of html is greatly exagerated.

I drive a 2010 Chevy Impala ... if there were no improvements, we'd all be driving model "T"s. I doubt if we'd still get them for $500 though. We'd all complain about those "reckless drivers" achieving speeds of 40 mph though. :D
