Why doesn't my circuit oscillate?

Oscillation condition:
Loop gain of unity at the desired frequency only - unity magnitude (in real life slightly>1) and zero phase.
How to measure/simulate loop gain:
* Open the loop at a suitable point without loosing the dc bias point and without changing the load condition at the opening !
* When such a node cannot be found (low output resistance or very high input resistance) the disconnected circuitry (load) must be replicated separately.

I think, the last requirement applies in our case, otherwise the loop gain simulation would give wrong results.
